Made from luxurious 1.6mm thick deerskin, this full vegetable-tanned, core-dyed leather is left unfinished on the surface for a natural look and feel. With wear, it develops a rich luster, sharp grain expression, and gentle wrinkles—all while offering a unique, second-skin-like comfort. FINE CREEK's deerskin preserves the true character of the animal. Unlike conventional tanning processes, the thicker parts are not shaved down to match the thinner areas—this allows for a dynamic, organic feel, with varying thicknesses and textures throughout the garment. (Same deerskin as used in the Clubman Deer and Deer Bud models.) The Jefferson vest showcases a beautiful balance of length and width.
