CWORKS represents another side of Zaki-san’s craftsmanship: “having more fun with leather.” ⸻ 🧥 Model: “Scope” OLIVE (Horse / Mouton) All Leather N-1 Deck Jacket From the CWORKS 2025AW Collection. ⸻ 🔥 Concept & Leather Vintage deck jackets originally used: “Jungle Cloth” — a highly dense fabric woven using different warp and weft thicknesses for excellent wind resistance and durability. As the fabric ages through friction, it develops beautiful character similar to leather aging. Zaki-san asked himself: “What if Jungle Cloth could be expressed entirely in horsehide?” That challenge led to the creation of this extraordinary leather. The leather uses: • 1.1–1.2mm horsehide • Full vegetable-tanned • Drum-dyed through-core finish • Heavy oil content • Original fine-pitch embossing technique The olive color was obsessively developed to reproduce the atmosphere of authentic vintage N-1 deck jackets. Each jacket naturally develops: • Uneven oil patterns • Deep texture • Unique color variation making every piece completely individual. Because of the high oil content, the leather has: • A moist, almost hand-absorbing texture • Exceptional suppleness • A soft yet rugged feel As the jacket ages: • Fine wrinkles develop • Areas of friction gradually lighten • The contrast unique to horsehide aging emerges • Aging evolves differently from traditional Jungle Cloth ⸻ 🔥 Mouton Lining Instead of alpaca lining, Scope uses luxurious FINE CREEK mouton. The mouton is made from high-quality sheepskin with: • Large hide size • Low Merino crossbreeding • Dense and firm leather structure with minimal fat layers The texture feels almost like human skin — extremely smooth, soft, and comfortable. The mouton provides exceptional warmth and insulation while maintaining luxurious comfort.
